Peter G. Uliano is a retired federal law enforcement officer, director of security for a 20-acre residential facility, and a veteran investigator with over two decades of operational experience across all levels of government. His background includes fugitive recovery, nuclear protection, anti-terror operations, courtroom security, behavioral analysis, and agency training nationwide.
His 12-year career as a Bronx-based bounty hunter earned him national recognition in the Westchester Magazine feature “Our Man the Bounty Hunter.” He later transitioned into court security, government protection roles, and ultimately federal law enforcement with the Department of Defense, protecting nuclear assets in high-level anti-terrorism roles.
As a Board-Certified Criminal Profiler, human trafficking expert, body language analyst, investigator, and Justice Clearinghouse instructor, Peter has trained thousands of professionals in threat detection, behavioral interpretation, situational awareness, and operational readiness.
